A crow is bathing in the pond. Sunday: all the birds are overfed and sitting lazily in the trees, the park is full of people with cameras, and a saxophonist is playing.
Today I bought peanuts in the shell. I think the crows liked them. Since they usually don't eat everything at once, but stash food away instead, in-shell peanuts are also better suited for storage. The biggest advantage is that pigeons can't open them — their beaks aren't built for it. On the other hand, crows have no trouble with the shell.
